The Pilates Method is a whole-body system of movement designed to build strength, balance, and structural integrity throughout the body.

Yoga Barn Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we are here to support you as best we can.  Please note that all class purchases are non-refundable.  Due to the nature of our offerings and limited space, we are unable to offer refunds for missed classes or cancellations.

However, we will do our best to accommodate you if rescheduling is possible (depending on availability) and we are given advance notice of at least 48 hours.  Thank you for understanding and for being part of this community.  Your presence matters.
